About the Programme

The Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at IIM Ranchi is a full-time 5-year integrated postgraduate programme. Students are awarded an MBA degree at the end of the 5-year programme. A student who chooses to exit after three years is awarded a BBA degree if they have completed all programme requirements due by then.

The programme provides a multidisciplinary foundation borrowing from humanities, social sciences, arts, and sciences in the first four terms. The cross-disciplinary business core builds a foundation and comprehensively covers all business areas across five years — through lectures, classroom discussions, experiential lessons, case analyses, simulations, group projects, internships and mentorships. Life-skill courses focus on students' holistic development as socially responsible professionals.

• Minimum 60% in Class 10 and Class 12 (General/EWS/OBC).
• Minimum 55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
